Thanks for buying a ticket.
Once the payment has processed, we will send you an email confirming your place, and that’s it – your place is guaranteed. You will then get an email with the subject line: "Confirm your subscription" that you need to respond to in order to make sure you're signed up to the player list. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case the first email ends up there. As soon as you do confirm, an email containing information on character generation will follow with the subject line: "Welcome and character generation information – Split Worlds Masked Ball". The sooner you get this back to us, the sooner we can get to work on your character!
We will get basic character information out to you as early as possible, such as which family you are a member of and other people you may know, to enable you to begin preparing a costume and ask us any questions. Further information will follow nearer the event, regarding your family’s objectives and what you personally might be up to.
You will also receive general info emails in the run-up to the event, and feel free to get in touch with us at any time regarding any character, event or logistics queries.
What else can I do in the meantime?
We recommend you join the event’s Facebook page, where you can post queries, share costume inspirations, and crowdsource ideas from the wider guest community!
